There is a time in everyone’s life when you feel distracted, low in energy, anxious, irritated, unable to cope up with one’s emotions. You don’t feel like doing anything. You, yourself do not understand, what is happening to you. You suddenly feel hollowness.
This is exactly the time when you should simply relax and should spend some time with yourself. Some “Me” time, which is very important for the overall well being. We always do lot of things to keep ourselves physically fit. We join Gym, Zumba and fitness classes.

It is very simple, learn the art of living a happy and healthy life both physically and spiritually. To be physically active, you do lot of physical activity like walking, going to gym etc. To keep our mental health healthy we do meditation, soul purification, inner peace technique like forgiveness etc
What is Meditation?
Meditation in simple words means channelizing your energy into whatever you are doing. Be it cooking, dancing, studying, driving, anything. You can train your mind by practicing it sincerely and regularly.
